ITINERARY:

Day 1 - Sunday, April 29:   Depart Your Home to Cairo, Egypt

Day 2 - Monday, April 30 (international arr):   Cairo

Arrive Cairo where you’ll be greeted by your Quest Travel Tour Rep, escorted thru customs and be transported to your luxury hotel & Orientation.

Day 3 - Tuesday, May 1:   Abu Sir / Abu Gharab / Sakkara              -        Meals: B,L

We begin our journey with a drive to Abu Sir, the site of the forgotten Kings, 5th Dynasty. Then on to Abu Garab and the 5th Dynasty Sun Temples. Later to Sakkara the famous Step Pyramid of King Djoser, earliest of the major pyramids, designed by the great architect, Imhotep, the worlds oldest freestanding structure.

Day 4 - Wednesday, May 2:   Cairo / Alexandria / Cairo     -      Meals: B,L

Breakfast followed by a drive north to the city of Alexandria located the Mediterranean Sea, upon arrival visit the famous National museum and the museum holding the private collection of the Royal family of King Farouk, last king of Egypt. Lunch.. Free time to enjoy Alexandria before we get back to Cairo.

Day 5 - Thursday, May 3:   Cairo Egyptian Museum / Aswan        -        Meals: B,L

We’ll visit the famous Cairo Museum with antiquities dating back to 4000 BC.  We will see the priceless treasures of Tut-Ankh-Amon, the child king, as well as other old and new Kingdom treasures. This evening take a short flight to Aswan,  its ancient name “Suene”, i.e. “market-place” a main center for ancient Egypt’s trade. Check into your hotel on the Nile.

Day 6 - Friday, May 4:   Aswan / Philea, Isis Temple / Felucca ride         -         Meals: B,L,D 

Morning boat ride to Philea Island, the Temple of Isis. We’ll move into ceremony & activation as we visit the Holy of Holies in the Temple. You can feel the presence of Isis, the Egyptian Divine Mother, her vibration and essence of Love throughout and in the Birthing room within the temple.

In the afternoon enjoy sailing in a Felucca on the Nile. Later in Aswan we’ll visit the renowned Nubian Market Place, once a main center for all types of trade in this part of the world.

Day 7 - Saturday, May 5:   Kom Ombo / Edfu Sound & Light Show          -         Meals: B,L,D

Mid morning we sail along the Nile to Kom Ombo, a famous healing temple built for the common people, dedicated to the Falcon God, Horus and the Crocodile God, Sobek. Around noon we sail on to Edfu and have a special opportunity during the sound & light show to visit the “Temple of Horus” the Falcon God, the best preserved temple of the ancient world, a magnificent temple of healing and resurrection. overnight Edfu.

Day 8 - Sunday, May 6:   Edfu / Esna / Luxor / Karnak Temples         -        Meals: B,L,D

This morning we’ll sail along the Nile through the countryside of Egypt, through the Esna lock on to Luxor.  In the early evening visit Luxor Temple known as “The Temple of Man”.

Day 9 - Monday, May 7:   Dendarah / Abydos Temples        -        Meals: B,L,D

Morning drive through the countryside of Egypt to visit Dendarah, “Temple of Hathor”, Goddess of Love, Joy and Music, with its beautifully preserved painting of the sky and zodiac. We’ll visit magnificent Abydos, the temple built by Seti-1st & Ramse- 2nd and also the Osirin Temple, a far more ancient temple beneath, where we will see the sacred geometric symbol, the “Flower of Life”.

Day 10 - Tuesday, May 8:   West Bank / Valley of the Kings / Hatshipsuts Temple   -   Meals: B,L,D

Morning is devoted to Thebes, as we drive across the Nile to the West Bank, visit the Valley of the Kings, where the mysterious funerary texts, “The Book of the Dead” are exquisitely painted and carved into the walls. Continuing to Medinet Habu & to the Colossi of Memnon. Special visit to Queen Hatshipsuts Temple. Free eve in Luxor.

 Day 11, Wednesday, May 9:   Luxor  / Cairo         -         Meals: B

Free day in Luxor, in the afternoon fly back to Cairo and check into the Le Meridian Pyramids Hotel. Meet in preparation for the Great Pyramid the following morning.

Day 12, Thursday May 10:   Giza Pyramids / Kings Chamber / Farewell Dinner   -   Meals: B,D

Following breakfast, we visit the Giza Plateau and into the Great Pyramid of Giza, we have exclusive private time inside the pyramid & King's Chamber for meditation and The Ghandarva Experience, as we energize mind, body and soul expanding the frequency of love throughout human consciousness. Truly an experience of a lifetime.

Day 13- Friday, May 11:   Final Departure, Cairo / Your Home / or Baharia Oasis Extension

Following breakfast, you will be transfered to Cairo International airport for your journey home, unless you are going on to Baharia Oasis & the White Desert.
